I wonder if any of you know just how much of a perfectionist I am, and how that perfectionism can quite literally paralyze me into not moving forward when things aren't just right. But enough already! It's time to open shop so let me give you some updates and a recap of the recent Q&A session I held about Rebel& Thrive Direct Primary Care.
Practice Updates
When will you be enrolling patients?
LITERALLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. The limiting factor right now is that my electronic health record is not yet "Live". I would expect this to be live within the next few weeks and when that is the case, there will be a link on my website to start signing up for the portal and appointments! Don't worry, there will be an email letting you know that portal is ready!
How will you be seeing patients?
When will the office be open?

Q&A Session Summary
What is the turnaround time for an appointment with you?
The hope is that you will be able to have access to see me for a full formal telehealth appointment within 1-2 days. That said, though, because I am no longer relying on appointments to be able to recieve reimbursements from insurance companies, we will be able to accomplish SO MUCH even without formal appointments. Any question or refill request asked during business hours will have a response by end of day...period!
What happens if I need help after hours?
How will I get lab work or imaging?
Are labs or images included in membership?
Will you have access to compounded medications?
Will you have access to my existing medical chart?
